Island City Baking has baked bread since 1990.
Headquartered in Richmond, BC, with a dedicated Frozen Dough Division in Burnaby, BC, we proudly provide artisan bread and frozen dough to distributors and retailers across North America. For more than three decades, we've focused on combining experience, consistency and care to create breads that customers trust every day.
With SQF and CFIA certified facilities and state-of-the-art equipment, we’re committed to delivering artisan quality at scale. We invest in the finest technology and take the time needed for proper fermentation, careful mixing and precise shaping. Using all-natural ingredients and premium Canadian-grown wheat, we craft clean-label products that champion Canadian agriculture and time-honoured baking methods.
